'ECCI' aim is to ensure that you have a positive and enjoyable experience throughout your time in Membership with Englobal Chamber of Commerce & Industries ( “ECCI”). We also hope you will benefit fully from all available services and opportunities we come across. The following terms and conditions therefore are intended to be as simple as possible.

• Membership is open to companies and other organizations regardless of their location.
• “ECCI” Membership is open to companies or other organizations and separate business divisions and not to departments within organizations.
• The “ECCI” Membership is a an award rather than a right. All employees of the Member Company are
  therefore entitled to use of all of the “ECCI” benefits and services when working on behalf of their Member employer subject to membership category/ entry fee and terms and conditions.
• Member ship is not a commitment of business but a service to connect companies to business world through our media network.
• Membership is offered in three categories of Silver (Three Months) , Gold ( Six Months) and Platinum (one year) and is valid for the period mentioned from the month, payment is received by the “ECCI”.
• The member ship for Indian and International members carries different forms and fee.
• The benefits and advantages of memberships in different categories are mentioned separately as annexure “A”
• Members will automatically be invoiced for the next membership period as each term expires.
• From time to time “ECCI” Members’ details may be made available to third parties as part of a mailing list. You may opt out of this at any time.
• The “ECCI” regularly communicates with Members by email, post and telephone. We aim to only approach our Members with information which we believe could be of interest to them. This is an integral part of the Membership and by entering into Membership you agree to be contacted by the “ECCI”, its secretariat and employees. The regular communication can be terminated at the Member’s request at any time.
• From time to time Members may be contacted by the “ECCI”’s carefully selected partners in order to make them aware of certain membership benefits eg. Business opportunities available in different countries by different govts or business organization. We consider our “ECCI” a community, so we are all about bringing people together to form relationships and encourage trade. Facilitating introductions is at the heart of what we do. For purpose, we will introduce relevant companies to one another upon request.
• We maintain a database of all of our members. Parts of the information provided by you/your business will be published in all publication, website of “ECCI” if required and may also include a hyper link to your own site and the details of your main contact “ECCI”.
• Members are entitled and encouraged to take advantage of the various opportunities the “ECCI”offers, but there is never any obligation or pressure to use any of the services provided by the “ECCI”, its partners or through offers provided by members for members. Any agreements between the Member and the “ECCI”’s partners are strictly between the two parties, and are not the responsibility of the “ECCI”.
• The “ECCI” Membership benefits are subject to change without notice and are subject to terms and conditions available from the “ECCI”.
• The “ECCI” Membership fee and subscription, is non-refundable and Membership is non-transferable.
• Single Membership entitles the Member to one standard entry in the Members Directory, located in The Chamber's Members Portal, all under one company name. Similarly only one company name can be used for any other “ECCI”publications.
• The Members Directory features company contact information, including details of the principal contact, held by us. This information must only be used for individual contact with another member to introduce an opportunity or service and the member company would need to opt in to any distribution channels. The information must not be used to compile your own database listing, in breach of “ECCI” laws.
• Membership fees are based on the membership package option chosen. It is an expressed term of the
  membership agreement that the member will inform the “ECCI” about any changes in the number of employees or other vital aspects of the business.
• The “ECCI” may consider applications for a higher category of membership in individual cases.
• By submitting an application form you are entering into a legal agreement to join the Chamber. You may cancel the agreement by giving the “ECCI” a written notice within 14 days of the date of the agreement.
• The Membership is subject to “ECCI” Board approval and the “ECCI” reserves a right to refuse Membership without disclosing any reason.
• Membership is subject to the provisions of the By-laws of the “ECCI”(available on request) and in the event of a conflict between these terms and conditions and the By-laws, the By-laws shall prevail.
• The “ECCI” shall have no liability for any losses suffered by a Member as a result of using services offered by a fellow Member. The “ECCI” shall have no responsibility for advice given or services provided by its third party service providers even though such providers may have been introduced to the Member by the Chamber.
• The “ECCI” reserves the right to withdraw, resign or cancel a company’s membership at any time and for any reason.

WHAT DOES THE “ECCI” DO WITH YOUR DATA?
“ECCI” will not contact your business for any other purpose other than to notify you of an opportunity to respond to an international business opportunity. Each year, “ECCI” will conduct various surveys, receive different opportunities from different countries, which may be beneficial for your business and directly help us develop “ECCI” across a range of areas, including business, international trade, and connectivity across the globe. The data from these activities are completely anonymised and aggregated so that individual responses cannot be identified. The anonymised data are then presented in closed briefings with stakeholders across the globe, and shared publicly through “ECCI”’s press team.

The purpose of carrying out the promotional activities are to increase connectivity, produce reports, which “ECCI” and the Chambers can then use in their activities in promoting and protecting the interests of businesses; in other words, they are part and parcel of the function and purpose of “ECCI” and the Chamber.

5. Promotion of the company with product and services in 180 countries if the member participates in the corporate article / advertisement in Englobal International Business Magazine.
6. 25 % discount on corporate article/advertisements in the EnGlobal International Business Magazine.
7. Reachability - around 500,000
8. Free invite for events organised by ECCI during the membership tenure.

Platinum Membership

1. Duration 12 months ( 360 Days)
2. Notification of business opportunities from various countries.
3. EnGlobal International Business Magazine (Digital) subscription for 12 months.
4. Maximum four connects with the country’s officials (Embassy), for specific business opportunity.
5. Promotion of the company with product and services in 180 countries if the member participates in the corporate article / advertisement in Englobal International Business Magazine by mail to all concerned officials and chambers.
6. Priority invite for any business delegation or event.
7. 50 % discount on corporate article/ advertisements in the EnGlobal International Business Magazine.
8. Reachability - around 500,000
