I am a passionate motivational speaker and corporate trainer with 19 years of rich experience in the
corporate and academics. I have trained thousands of graduating students and hundreds of corporate
employees in my current role. I have worked with software companies like Cognizant Technology
Solutions and Cross Country Infotech and prominent educational institutes like the MIT group in Pune.
I dig deep into my experience of working in the industry to understand issues faced by today’s
workforce and offer them simple yet robust solutions through structured, charismatic, and
motivational training interventions.

My vision and futuristic possible contribution to ECCI

My current training clientele includes the who’s who from the corporate world in India and also many
prominent government universities. For the universities, I have carved a niche as the go-to resource
for the World Bank sponsored project when it comes to student training.

Having trained thousands of undergraduate, post graduate, PhD scholars and corporate employees in
my current role, I have a deep understanding of the issues faced by today’s youth. I am particularly
aware of the gaps in their personalities that need to be filled and their exact requirement vis-à-vis
skills development for jobs and entrepreneurship.

Through the ECCI connection, I intend to provide a wonderful platform to students from across the
globe to open their eyes for the positive possibilities that await them in the future. The pandemic has
played havoc with our collective psyche as a race and our youth, in particular, has been at the receiving end because of the disruption in their regular education. The current times require our youth to be motivated and self-confident with focus on the future.

ECCI will be a wonderful platform for students from other countries to get benefitted from my training.
This could be added as an incentive for them to travel and study in India. My offline training module
is a mature one and has stood the test of time and customer choice. I now intend to take it global
through the online route wherein it will be possible for anyone with a smartphone and internet
connection to get benefitted from my world-class mentoring programs.
